You started the lesson by asking what kind of animals do you like? Then you
showed them an example of a life cycle. Then you showed them the life cycle of
the frog on the board and you asked them to explain the pictures and to read
the words twice. Good to review the stages before you gave them the activity

Then you gave students a worksheet that has the life cycle of the frog and you
asked them to write the name of each stage. Then you asked them to cut the
stages and put them in order on the plate. Then you asked the students to put
the plates at the middle of the table. Then you gave the students small white
boards to write the name of the stage when she shows them a picture.

What are the things that you like in the classroom?

1- Give students a chance to participate with me in the lesson .

2- putting all the student on task with in activity to manage classroom.

What are the areas of like in classroom?

I want to develop myself in giving students more information about the lesson.

Overview of the lesson:

Your lesson is copied from Reem’s which is unaccepted! You have to teach your own lesson
with using your own ways of teaching. I understand that you are working with the same
teacher, but that doesn’t mean that your lessons should be exactly the same. The learning
objective could be the same but with applying different activities.

You started the lesson with a picture about inherited traits. Then you explained the
differences between inherited traits and learned behaviour with different questions and
pictures. Good job!

Then you gave students an activity about the differences between inherited traits and
learned behaviour. Students should write which pictures and inherited traits and which ones
are learned behaviours. You gave the other groups the pictures of different things and you
asked them to classify which ones are inherited traits and which ones are learned behaviours.

Then you asked the students to put all the papers at the middle of the table. Then you gave
them a poster to stick the pictures of inherited traits and learned behaviour by classifying
them correctly. The students liked this activity and they finished it quickly.
