Area analysis
• The driveway is made of hardened earth or “kachha
rasta”. It is not a hard paved road. Verandah = 600sft
(*can be made smaller)
• The varendah is semi covered by the roof projections.
• It has a spaceous indoor workspace and open Structure = 1050 sq.ft
outdoor workspace.
• This can be a load bearing structure.
• All the furniture can be ‘inbuilt furniture’.
• Bay windows that capture the site surroundings. Plan ‘zoom in’
