The validity of this conditional Fit For Use certificate is subject to implementation of recommendations

and mitigation measures advised in the Life Extension study report (by IEOT-Ref No. IEOT/STR/30/2017-
18 dated 26 April 2018) within 12 months from the date of issue. Any incomplete mitigation measures
as per the Life extension study (Report no. IEOT/STR/30/2017-18) beyond the conditional validity of 12
months/other repairs/alteration of the structure during the validity period may render this document
invalid.
