Abhay is a business leader with strong track record delivering excellent results in dynamic and
competitive global markets. His experience in managing global businesses and developing business
plans for long term has helped companies win in the market.

He has the ability to create and implement effective marketing solutions to deliver significant growth
in market shares across different product portfolios.

Abhay is passionate about growing the business with his strategic frame of mind through various
initiatives like joint venture, acquisition and technical licensing.

His experience in motivating large sales teams to achieve consistent results and his sales

Expert - Risk Management

Sanjay is known for his eye for detail, passion for people management and people development as
well as expertise in execution. He takes special interest in training and is a trained trainer. He is also
a certified coach, and engages in coaching SMEs, Entrepreneurs and corporate executives.

Sanjay is a Credit and Risk management professional, with a rich work experience of over 30
years, spread over industries like Office Automation, Telecom and Banking & Financial
Services. His areas of specialization include all aspects of lending – Credit & Risk Policy, Credit
Underwriting, Collections and Recoveries, Fraud Control, and overall risk management for the
retail banking and lending business.

Starting as a Credit Executive with Modi Xerox Ltd. in 1990, he rose to become the MD & CEO of
Motilal Oswal Home Finance Ltd. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Risk Officer at Indostar Capital
Finance Ltd. and Reliance Capital Ltd. for over 12 years. He has also worked with 3 private sector
banks - handling national level assignments - ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank and Centurion Bank of Punjab.

Sanjay developed a special interest in SMEs, having closely studied various SMEs across sectors
and geographies, in the process of granting loans to them over the last two decades. He
has done extensive work in training and educating SMEs as a subject matter expert, thru’
various industry forums, and also by using digital and social media.

Sanjay strongly believes in the power of the SME segment in India’s growth story, and is of the
strong view that if India has to become a $5 Trillion economy in the next 5 years, SMEs are going
to play a pivotal role.

KIRAN RAKHE
Expert - Supply Chain Management

Immediately after graduation, Kiran joined Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He worked with Mahindra
group for 38 years.

He received his formal training in Business Process Re-engineering in UK from a UK

based consultancy firm and subsequently helped transform Mahindra & Mahindra through BPR
exercise.
He has been certified as TPM Instructor by Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance after completing
his training in USA & Japan in 1999. He was a part of TPM secretariat who Deployed TPM
methodology in Kandivali plant and subsequently challenged TPM excellence award in 2003.

During his 38 years of association with Mahindra & Mahindra, he has successfully led
various portfolios of Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Process Improvement, and
Low Cost Automation. He was also associated with implementation of Balanced Scorecard and
Process Centric organisation.

In his last assignment, he was designated as Senior General Manager, Supply Chain &
Logistics at Mahindra Trucks & Buses Ltd. His responsibilities included Sales Planning,
Material Planning, Production Planning, Manufacturing co-ordination, distribution and logistics
planning.

VITHAL NAYAK
Expert - Human Asset

Vithal is a Graduate in Mechanical engineering and has a Masters Degree in Human Resources
from Welingkar Institute of Management.

Vithal has 30 years of work experience out of which 27 years are in a Corporate Role and 3
years in Coaching, Facilitation and Consulting. He was the Human Resources Head
for Indian operations at Arvind, Pillsbury, Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering & Construction and SKF.
For 19 years, he headed the HR function and worked as part of the Country Management Team
and was involved in all aspect of Organisation transformation.

In Arvind, Shapoorji and SKF while he was heading HR he played a key role in creating
and implementing HR practices and processes to enable significant change in organisational
results. At Pillsbury, he joined when the company was just starting operations in India and was
involved in the establishment of the organisation.

He has worked extensively in the areas of HR Strategy, Performance Management,

Talent Management, Organisational Development, Variable Pay Programs, Facilitation, Mentoring
and Coaching.

His mission is to enable individuals and organisations in their transformation journey.

Vithal is a Certified Coach, Certified Assessor and is certified in Job Evaluation. He has been through
the Leadership Transformation Journey. He has certifications in various profiling tools including
HOGAN, PAPI, OPQ 32, Facet 5, Adept 15, Predictive Index and Thomas Profiling. He is a
6 Sigma Green Belt. Vithal has conducted facilitation for numerous programs and coaches many
individuals to enable their transformation.
