1.1 Introduction of dairy farm:

1.2 Executive Summary:
As we know, our children are suffering from several diseases due to unhealthy milk provided by milk shops. It
is difficult to get pure milk these days. Some dairy farms are using powder and chemicals to produce milk
which is highly effective for newly born babies and kids.

So, we have decided to take first to deliver pure milk in our society. It is an excellent chance for milk shops to
deliver pure milk in society. This is first time in past several years that a dairy farm is providing pure milk.

Goal:
The goal of this proposal is to provide milk directly to the milk shops at sustainable rate. We guarantee for
pure and healthy milk as we are registered by Punjab Livestock.

For the sake of our new generation, we have decided to provide pure milk to well-known milk shops of our
town. This is our goal that no kid will die due to unhealthy milk provided by shops.

Description:
Haq Bahu Dairy Farm is producing 100% pure and healthy milk of buffalos and cows. Our dairy farm is known
for pure and healthy milk. We have 13 years of wide experience in farming. This time we have started to
deliver milk to milk shops at sustainable rates. We will deliver milk to milk shops directly. We produce milk at
an average of 150 liters per day.

1.3 Delivery to milk shops:

 Self-Convenience:

Our vehicle will deliver milk shop by shop. Only buy milk from the vehicle painted with this name
“HBDF”

 Twice a day:
In summer, first delivery of the day will be between 4:30am-5:30am and second will be between
5:30pm-6:00pm.

In winter, first delivery will be between 6:15am-6:45am and second will be between 4pm-4:30pm.
1.4 Sustainable Cost:
This is the only chance for the customers to buy pure milk at this rate.

Buffalo’s milk per liter 70 Rs/- and 2650 Rs/- on 40 liters with free delivery.

Cow’s milk per liter 60 Rs/- and 2300 Rs/- on 40 liters with free delivery.

1.6 Terms and conditions:

 Once a rate is decided, it will not be changed.
 The minimum duration of customer relationship is at least two months.
 Customer should check the milk on delivery. If there is in any problem, call directly at given number.
 In case of miss behavior by our supplier, report frequently at our address.
 Customer must buy the decided quantity of milk.
