vere ATURAN PODIUM 1. Pemenang lomba adalah peserta yang terdaftar secara sah dan telah melalui proses verifikasi. 2. Peserta yang terdaftar secara sah adalah setiap peserta yang tercatat seluruh datanya tanpa kurang dalam sistem pencatatan waktu resmi yang dapat dibuktikan melalui Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) atau identitas asli lainnya yang digunakan saat pendaftaran. 3, Pemenang adalah peserta yang memiliki catatan waktu terbaik berdasarkan hasil sistem pencatatan waktu resmi yang dilakukan oleh Panitia. 4. Pencatatan waktu resmi terdiri dari: digital, manual dan foto di titik-titik periksa sejak gris start, sepanjang jalur lomba dan garis finish. 5. Ketidakakuratan data pemenang dapat mengakibatkan diskualifikasi dan dinyatakan gugur. 6. Kategori Podium UMUM berarti terbuka untuk dimenangkan oleh peserta yang memiliki catatan waktu terbaik tanpa batasan umur. 7. Kategori Podium MASTER berarti tertutup hanya untuk dimenangkan oleh peserta yang memiliki catatan waktu terbaik dengan umur 40 tahun atau lebih pada ‘tanggal lomba berlangsung 8. Setiap pemenang hanya berhak memenangkan satu Podium di satu Kategori lomba yang ia ikuti yang urutannya ditentukan oleh Panitia lomba. 9. Hasil Podium yang telah diumumkan adalah final dan berlaku gugatan bersyarat. SENGKETA HASIL LOMBA Setiap sengketa posisi podium harus dilakukan di ‘tempat oleh perorangan yang bersangkutan, dalam LIMA BELAS (15) menit setelah pengumuman hasil atau pemberian hadiah, mana yang lebih dahulu verjadi; dengan deposit sengketa sebesar Rp, 500,000. Deposit sengketa akan dikembalikan hanya ketika Anda memenangkan sengketa. Setiap sengketa hasil lomba resmi (posisi non podium) harus dibuat melalui email ke . selambatnya 24 jam dari tanggal pengumuman. meshNARCe PODIUM RULES I.Winner of the race is a legitimate registered participant and has been through the verification process. 2 Legitimate registered participants are participants with thorough data recorded in official timing system which may be proven by personal identity card (KTP) or other authentic identity used at registration. 3.Winners are the participants who have the best time record based on the result of the official timing system conducted by the Committee. 4. Offical timing system consists of. cigital, manual and photographs at check points in the start line, along the track and finish line. 5.Inaccuracy of winners' data may result in disqualification and declared nul. 6. Podium Category OPEN means open to be won by participants who have the best time records with no age restrictions. 7. Podium Category MASTER means closed only to be won by the participant who has the best time record with age 40 or more on the date of the race. & Each winner is only entitled to win one Podium in one of the Category of competitions helshe participates in whose order is determined by the Race Committee. 9. Podium results that have been announced are final and applicable to a conditional dispute. RACE RESULT DISPUTE Any disputes over the race podium positions must be made on-site in person, within FIFTEEN (15) minutes upon the release of the said results or at the prize presentation, whichever is earlier with a dispute deposit of Rp. 500,000. Dispute deposit will be given back only when you're won, the dispute. Any disputes over the official race results (non podium positions) are to be made via email to info@mesarace.com, the latest of 24 hours from the release date.
