are being delivered to 70+ admitted patients, twice a day at Mott Hospital and University
Hospital.
 Calculate correct formula and breast milk fortifier recipes in order to reach desired calorie level
per patient.
 Respond to patient concerns to ensure understanding regarding nutrition goals.

 Presented relevant public health topics at Lincoln High School to educate students on the opioid
epidemic and e-cigarettes.

in order for students to apply knowledge to every day food choices.
 Demonstrated proper cooking techniques to ensure safe, healthy and efficient cooking.

ensure understanding and allow for students to share new knowledge with friends and family.
