Savannah can give more wait time when asking students questions. This was the first week of class, so we did not have quizzes or
tests. It takes time, but work on using the slides as a tool and not as a crutch.

She uses the learning plans and implements them well with the students. She is working on building relationships with the kids and
getting to know them. She does a good job of walking around and ensuring students are staying on task.
