A. Engagement
Conduct a short review on the topic about the role of the sun in the

 The teacher will show a kid’s song about the sun. The song is
entitled “Mr. Sun”

C. Explaination 1. Ask: What is the main source of heat and light? What are the
benefits that we can get from the sun’s heat and light? What are the
harmful effects of too much sun exposure? What activities that we can
do with the presence of sunlight?
C. Elaboration  The teacher will group the students into 4 and each group will
be given a task. There will be puzzle reporting, poem making,
drawing, and role playing about the sun’s effect on living things.
The activity is provided with a rubric.
