I have participated in many competitions as a learner and the major part of it comes from my school.

First of all focusing on science-fair experiments, I have carried out many experiments and worked on
several projects. Some of the most interesting and joyous are mentioned ahead. I carried out an
experiment at school in which we took a leaf and tested it for starch. We did the required steps for the
experiment and ended up with positive results, where we learnt and enjoyed a lot. I have performed this
experiment more than twice and am pretty confident and willing to take it one step ahead. Along with
this we also performed an experiment in which we put forth our efforts in order to find out how a plant
cell looked like. We took a thin epidermis of an onion and tested it for plant cells. We readily succeeded
and had fun. The most fun-filled and top of the list project we made was a model of an animal. An
animal of our own with unique features and adaptations. I made an animal resembling a fox which was
adapted to harsh and dry conditions with circular patches on its body that helps to absorb sunlight and
regulate the body temperature. Furthermore, it had water sucking power from beneath the earth which
would underpin its survival in deserted areas. In addition, we also carried out a physics experiment in
which we checked the direction and range of magnetic field along with its strength with the help of
copper wire and battery.

Heading towards other projects that I made with my own hands, I would like to utter that I created a
plant and animal cell model at school in which clay was used to portray the parts, features, appearances
and adaptations of both the cells. This project led to extensive learning and endless leisure.

Furthermore, our school has also held a handful of competitions, which are as follows: Debate
competition, creative writing competition with talent show inclusive. I have won the debate twice and
have earned second place once, not only my debating style was cherished by many but my unique
perspective of issue at hand and proposing its practical solution was also appreciated. I have also scored
first and then second position in talent show. I also took part in creative writing competition and
willingly toiled. Another significant event that occurred last year at school was the bake and sale
competition, in which we had to bring food to sell to our fellows and teachers and compete with others
in accordance of the sale. The one with most sales won. This gave us an idea of marketing, as well as
proved to be a source of exquisite entertainment.

Putting a little light on my hobbies and just-for-fun activities, I enjoy reading as well as sports. I have
come across a few plays in which I depicted my acting skills and got greatly rewarded for it in terms of
love from my peers. I am interested in video making and video direction, and I have several videos and
posts related to it on distinct websites, which have been liked and favoured to a great extent.

Lastly, I have also faced manifest success in academics. I have been certificated for excellence in
Mathematics, languages, behaviour, manner and discipline with extra-curricular activities inclusive.
