Do you know that our IQ is inherited from our parents, our ancestors and our Creator? All of us should understand
that we have inherited accumulated knowledge and wisdom from them. We are gifted in many ways at birth. That is
why one can be exceptionally talented in his or her field when tapped. This is one of the most interesting thing one
should know, we are all a kind of genius of our own! But many of us are not satisfied with what we have, thus going
further to acquire more knowledge from all available, relevant and reliable sources. Our first teacher are our parents
at home. Then we are sent to other educational sources like schools, institutes and universities and exposed to many
professionals and other experts. We go in search high and low for gaining something extra, that is to increase our IQ.

Learning is a forever thing, we don't stop at just any junction to rest, thus we used to say that education is a means to
an end, but not an end in itself. The techniques and skills in acquiring knowledge is then an everlasting task that all of
us have to acquire. Our brain is the masterpiece that installs all the skills or ways and to be applied when doing things
or dealing with problems that definitely will make a difference. All of us have spent so much of our time, money and
effort in acquiring knowledge to be installed into our brain. That is why our brain is the most important part of our
body. Use it or lose it.

By then one must remember that we are gifted as a human who has a brain and can think and evaluate. We are what
we allow in our brain. We are who we think we are. We are what we program ourselves to be. IQ is the only Q that
can be measured by our certificates. Many other important Qs cannot be measured by certificates or just any piece of
paper, but it doesn't matter. We know what we should do and what is needed of us when we go further to understand
more of the other Qs.

Thus IQ = inherited knowledge + acquired knowledge

[2] EQ Emotional quotient

EQ is a skill that all of us should possess that includes every positive emotions and knows how to apply them when
dealing with just any situations.

"If one can deal well with a someone who has bad tempers and habits, he is said to have high EQ. EQ is a skill of
maintaining good relationships."

We are emotional humans with feelings, with passions and with a brain that always triggers off certain reactions or
actions due to the state of emotion we are in. The passion or emotion within the person will either create or destroy
the person. Positive emotions create while negative emotions destroy. Learn to master positive emotions that all of us
are in dire need. Emotions or our state we are in will make or break a person. Passion of a person is just like a
double-edged sword. The sharpness of the sword is unpredictable. The degree of passion cuts deep into our body,
mind and soul. How can EQ be best applied? Is there a need to maintain good relationships?

Thus we should be geared towards achieving a stable emotion so as to become a person who is confident in dealing
with oneself and others. No one can live happily in an island for long. We need friends. We need people around us,
we are interdependent to each other in many ways. Instead of achieving personal success only, one should also aim
at public success and mastering EQ is one of the requisite. All of us can enjoy an extremely good relationship when
one understands the importance of EQ. EQ is a MUST skill to possess on the road towards achieving total success.
3] DQ Development Q

DQ is a skill that touches on improving all other Qs.

"Today must be better than yesterday, tomorrow must be better than today!"

Skills, techniques, faith, confidence, self-improvements, persistence and basic knowledge can be learned. All humans
undergo three great learning stages, from childhood to adulthood and to mid-age till old. The 3 learning stages will be
[1] learning stage [2] doing stage [3] teaching stage. One should recognize the different stages one is in. Learn, do,
teach! A step a day, learning consistently and improving at all times will be good enough.

Most of us are endowed with 5 normal senses like touch, sight, hearing, smell and taste. I used to tell my students
that when we maximize our 5 senses, our sixth sense will appear. They were at disbelief at first, but slowly
understand what I meant. My dear friends, do we actually see with our eyes? Do we actually listen with our ears? Do
we feel with our heart? Do we feel the compassion? Are you aware of all things that happen around us? Are we
sensitive to all changes? Are our senses dulled with ignorance? Where is our conscience? Where is our empathy?

Surviving in this world of competition, in this world of ever changing pace, all of us, no matter who we are or in what
field we are, all of us should be geared towards improvement. DQ is actually a skill on how one should improve
oneself. To remain stagnant is a self defeat. To remain stagnant is a actually losing, being left behind. When
everyone is on the move, the one who stayed behind is the one who is left behind. Learn to master the skill of self
improvement.

[4] TQ Teamwork Quotient

You can + I can = We can

Teamwork is a well applied skill that improves, speeds and increases productivity thus saving human and natural
resources. It is an art of working together and should be aimed at a win/win situation for strength and stability. Certain
agreements and regulations are set and followed so that these people can work happily with each other. Teamwork
success will generate full power and is capable of moving mountains and filling up seas. No one should
underestimate what teamwork can do. The art of focusing on the same goal is distinguishably working splendidly and
will produce unexpected high performance.

One man's show, two men's show or a team's work? You can plus I can equals to We can. When we look at
teamwork, it depicts power and unity. No one lives alone without teaming. Personal success is unique, team's
success is POWER! Applause is sometimes given to that person who represents personal success, but in actual fact
one should not forget to look behind at his team who is doing all the work. Be it in business or just any organization,
teamwork works well. When all of them work towards the same direction towards achieving the same goals, there will
be greater achievements and positive results. Thus many hands make light work but what is more important is the
feeling of satisfaction when all of us join hands to create just any hallmarks or patents.

[5] CQ Creativity Quotient

Creativity itself is originality. Ideas and creations of original sources are valuable pieces of art.

Thanks to creativity that our earth is full of variation adorned with beautiful sceneries and sights. Creative art and
models make our place of stay delightful with varieties and freshness. Creativity fills our world with different colors,
shapes, sizes, themes, parks and unique models.
Dreams and thoughts could be things. Our brain functions in such a way that we can visualize our dreams into reality.
With the help of DQ and IQ, many modern art and pieces are modified in a fantastically rate whereby these creative
people produce better and special models of their own plus those existing figures or objects. A collection of ideas or
thoughts can give birth to new ideas.

Acquired creativity from our daily experience and knowledge will push us ahead of time. One can just imagine the
wonder of creativity in our society and how it affects us so much. Our mood, our lifestyle and our emotion are very
much influenced by our surroundings too.

We sharpen our saw as we proceed and progress. If we stop to think, we will not be able to think right, if we involve
ourselves in creativity, the egg in the nest will produce more eggs. Ideas give rise to more ideas.

[6] AQ Adversity Quotient

'No matter what happened, we have to pass all adversities. We ought to pass all small and big tests alike.'

Who is without adversity? Where is there no rain or pain? To be able to face or deal with negatives is really a skill that
all should master! Without AQ, a jilted professional will still jump from the tallest building to end his life. That would be
the end of the story. No journey of life is just a stretch of smooth and straight road. No one's life is made of honey and
milk only. No one lives in beds of roses as one expect of life. Our life journey is made more meaningful when spiced
with challenges and tasks. It will strengthen our character and be fearless to further challenges in life. The skill in
passing all these small and big tasks are expected of all of us.

Even when one possesses IQ, EQ, TQ, DQ, CQ or other Qs, but lack of AQ, it is meaningless. This setback will
hinder a person's success and he will have no strength or skill to deal with negatives of life. All wise men are said to
be touched with certain levels of adversities of life. Master this skill and pass the test with doctorate.

Adversities come in the form of misfortunes, poor health, jilts, incurable sickness, accidents, divorces, separations,
unstable marriage, miscarriages, retrenchments, handicaps, unemployment, poverty, debts, deaths, failures,
bankruptcies, lost of fame and many uncountable defects of life. Can we stand firm and steady at our feet to face
them? To face them without tears or fears? Do we all have this ability or capability to pass these tests? How can one

[7] MQ Moral Quotient

'Do not do to others that you don't like others to do unto you'

This proverb emphasizes the importance of character molding in which we obtain self-control, good character,
manners and habits, and understanding moral values as a human should be.

We have to obtain a bigger bunch of grapes of virtue. The grapes of virtue includes kindness, being filial,
trustworthiness, unselfishness, love, generosity, be soft-spoken, peaceful, humbleness, gentleness, meekness,
forgiving, thankful, grateful, considerate, patient, fidelity, obedience, loyal, graceful, justice, pious, reasonable, logical,
positive and so forth...

A doctor who has all the other valuable quotients is a failure if he does not have MQ! Get what I mean? Who can bear
with a doctor who is never considerate? Who will believe in him if he is a liar, a cheat, a bogie, a hypocrite? No matter
how thick his certificate or his wealth, he couldn't erase off those black marks of life. This is a must Q that all of us
should master. All of us should learn to lead by examples, monkey see, monkey do. As parents, we must know how
to instill proper thinkings and characters when our kids are young.
At a tender age, these children are easily disciplined. Don't wait until the bamboo is grown tall and unbending. It all
starts from our homes, so all parents and elders, all of us should be aware of behaving the right ways in front of them.
Children well cared for and guided will produce another generations of wise and strong leaders of the tomorrow. Our
world so much lack of such morals and characters and it is time that we involve positively towards achieving a
healthier and happier populace. Remember the law of harvest!

[8] HQ Health Quotient

When one has health, one has hope, when one has hope, one has everything!

We are responsible for our well-being and health of body, mind, emotion and soul. We must acquire the knowledge of
know-how to look after our own health. HQ is a necessity for survival. All of us must learn to attain all 4 levels of
health. This is the only race that all of us should be winners not whiners in achieving total health and happiness.
Ignorance will be very expensive. Doctors cannot put scrambled eggs into its shells, nobody can.

So it is of utmost importance that we should be reminded to achieve all 4 dimensions of health. The 4 levels of health
includes healthy body, healthy mind, stable emotion and acquiring spiritual health and wealth. HQ includes such wide
and great topics where on can touch on cures, preventive measures, treatments, food, herbs, medicines, food
therapy, vita-nutrients, reflexology, naturopathy, acupuncture, aromatherapy, detoxification, exercises, massage,

Not to leave out a sound mind on a healthy body, emotionally stable and spiritual enlightenment towards
understanding True Self. HQ is one as important Q as all other Qs, thus life is made more meaningful as a healthy

[9] SQ1 Success Quotient

Good luck = Big Success
Success is in everybody's lips, success is almost everybody's dreams. But how many can really be successful in
what he or she thinks of achieving? Success cannot be bought, success cannot be instant. It involves tedious amount
of planning, hard work, persistency, time and undergoes metamorphic changes and strengthened with confidence
and moves on only with goals.

Success should come in a package. To me, good luck means big success. Skills towards achieving big success
needs proper time management, appropriate money management, relevant self management and discipline so as to
benefits from all the other Qs.

As human beings, one should recognize the importance of total success and happiness, each and everyone of us
working towards achieving our different goals of life. It is not greedy that one looks for success, it is just that one lives
better when successful instead of being a total failure. Be geared and motivated to move forward so as to learn from
mistakes and failures. I used to share with my friends that there is no such word as failure, it is actually just 'yet to
succeed!'

Good luck can be equated as preparations plus opportunities. Success really means good luck. Small luck are just
temporary and never lasting. Life's preparations are never neglected and opportunities never gone unheeded.
Treasure all opportunities before one can gain total success. SQ1 is a success quotient, a born Q that needs to be
proven by time for everybody. Success is also a winning game, it is not just winning for some time, but an always
winning game that brings more other successes. Of course, one should not forget about being goal-orientated.
Master all the other Qs, and soon our SQ1 will be manifested in our lives, a something that one should be proud of.

[10] SQ2 Spiritual Quotient God is Love, Love is God!

'Attaining Love and realizing ourTrue Self' This is the highest Q among all other Qs. Read more to understand how
close now we are with Divinity.

Our mortal body is embedding an immortal soul. Can you understand the situation of an immortal soul being
embedded inside a mortal body which would soon decay and rot? Let us understand the fact that this body of ours is
never meant to live forever and God wants us to realize this fact of immortality within.
The 'I' within is God Himself. We are part of Him and meant to be immortal like God. Our body is just an instrument
temporary in existence to let us realize this divinity within.

We should understand the fact that all of us are part of God, and there is no difference between you and me, or me
and you. God is Love, Love is God. Love creates and holds our universe together. It is the most powerful positive
emotion that all living things depend or live on. Yes, LOVE only. We are just like bubbles of waves breaking upon the
ocean merging into the only ONE! The peace of mind and peace at heart only comes when you realize this fact that
all are illusion and not permanent and that we are love embodiments.

Getting towards nowhere and going after meaningless pursuits of fame and recognition is nothing. Nothing is ever
permanent or will be permanent. Gratefulness is greatness of loving. Without love, we are going nowhere. Without
the realization of loving and forgiving, he is nothing. Without love, one cannot see the other person's love. There is
nothing more precious that purity of the heart filled with genuine love for oneself, mankind and God.

No pride, nor doubts - nor fear, nor sarcasm - no blame nor anger can ever threaten to erase God's presence. To
God, My dears, you are the wound-up toy that will, eventually stop - once the key of worldly ignorance has completely
unwound its way through you.

Believe, and God will become the answer to your every question. Believe and God will be the assurance to your
every doubt. Believe, and God will be more precious to you than any other want or desire. It is only a matter of your
saying, "Yes"! Once you have affirmed God's presence with your faith, God, My child, will confirm it with God's Grace.
Your pledge of self discipline will, one day, bestow upon you the biggest reward.

Discipline will arise, only when one is determined - determination arises, only from devotion - devotion will sprout,
only with the seed of faith - and faith in the Lord will arise, only when one begins to recognize the constant rejection
one faces in this world, and realizes that God's path of hope, patience and unconditional love remains open to him,
always! Discipline must be enforced by you upon your own self, for when discipline is forced by another, its results
are only suffocating and disastrous. When your weakness is pointed by another you consider it as "criticism" - once
you have recognized your own weakness, only then will you truly seek the strength that will pull you and allow you to
rise to the level of perfection.

Carry the inspiration with you, always - motivate yourselves by visualizing your true independence. Remind your
every thought that arises that you are now in God's control - let the fears, fear their own existence. Let only the truth
lead you - simplify your task by implicitly obeying the commands of the conscience - stop looking to only hear it - it is
time, My child, that you listened from now! Comprehend your very own role that will bring the change. The strength
that will allow you to walk is derived from your own love from within to reach the ultimate destination.

As long as you will under-estimate your own spiritual potential, until then, God will be bound by your limitations that
you have set upon God's presence. Offer God all that you have with your hearts full, and God will accept and reward
you with God, in return. The offer that comes only half hearted has snatched the home of life. Know that a homeless
life is only lifeless and a lifeless home has no room left for God! Build the home and make God the heart, for when
God is the beat - you will be in tune always and life will then be in synchrony with God/s perfect melody.

will make up total success and happiness. Master all the 10 Qs and you will understand the wonder of surviving as a
human being, who is so much better and gifted than just animals or plants. Life itself is a miracle, live a meaningful
life and achieving a more fulfilled life, and to be living without regrets!
