PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

In keeping with the motivation behind the project, the goal of this project is to reduce end-
user work through the utilization of an easy-to-use device. The autonomous design eliminates
the need to go outside and mow your lawn every week. A platform system capable of remote
control mowing would address both of the needs described above. The platform can be
attached and removed from a push mower. When attached, the mower can be driven remotely
with a hand-held controller. The mower can also be rolled off the platform and used in a
typical manner with no changes, besides changing the wheel height and removing the
emergency stop plug. With some added work, automation is also attainable but is currently
outside the scope of the project. The design of The Johnny Bite 3000 should represent a
functional product but at the same time also express the following qualities, which are
characteristics of a responsible design.
Transparency: - One of the goals for this project is for it to be usable on any mower of
similar make and model. For this to occur, the design must be done in such a way that makes
the product easy for the general public to understand and use. The product should also be
flexible to various applications for which a customer might use a lawnmower. The customer
should know what The Johnny Bite 3000 is capable of and how to use it in a safe and
effective way. The mechanical design should be sturdy and have the necessary safety factors
built in so that the system does not fail prematurely under operating conditions. Ensuring
that this happens is the responsibility of the designer.
Caring: - The Johnny Bite 3000 is designed for those who cannot easily mow their lawn, so
caring is a critical aspect to the design. The design must be sensitive to customers who will
be using it. It should make mowing the lawn a simple task requiring little to no physical
work to accomplish. Along with being easy to use, it should also be safe. The platform
should make the task of mowing the lawn no more dangerous than it was before, and if
possible, make it safer.
Integrity: - The design process of The Johnny Bite 3000 shall be guided by the principle of
integrity. This means that the design will be a delightful combination of both form and
function. Included in this idea is that the design of The Johnny Bite 3000 will make operation
by the user intuitive. There shouldn’t be any and will not be any difference between
expectations and reality.

MOTIVATION & INSPIRATION
JOHNNY GO BITE 3000 is designated with some hybrid specification of latest
gadget and technology. The combination of special features of certain technology with the
improvement of some aspect make JOHNNY the most high end lawn mower machine in this
decade. There are so many specification that inspired by certain technology such as TESLA
and APPLE smartphones that totally mind-blown yet gives satisfaction for the customers.
Don’t worry about the price tag cause it will not reach the tesla price tag or apple somehow.
So how do our engineers creates this little cutie JOHNNY? So let move to the detail
of the idea of JOHNY manufacturing. First of all, I just want all the ‘futures customer’ not to
panicked if they cannot hear JOHNNY working because it is totally not talkative and not
making noise. But how? Yes our engine is inspired by the Tesla’ induction engine . The
specialty of this induction engine are zero pollution. Not just sound but environment. 0%
noise , 100% satisfaction.
Next, let move to the battery component. How do our battery can have a long period
of lifespan? The first thing you have to know that our battery temperature would never
exceed to the dangerous limit. It is embedded with the coolant system to maintain the
optimum temperature for the JOHNNY to work efficiently. This idea is generated by
TESLA’S car. The lithium ion battery is arranged intertwine with the coolant.
The most exciting part is you don’t have to be outside of your house to cut the grass.
Why do you have to expose your skin just to make sure your grass is cut? Now you can
control it whenever you are since JOHNNY is powered up with a smartphone software that
comes up with some features that ease you. For example, GPS tracker, low power mode,
energy saving mode and so many more. Now you can download it on android and IOS.
With JOHNNY BITE 3000 you can have your grass cut even at the bumpy area. You
can now have a mini smart expansion that allow JOHHNY to cut at area with different
height. The extendable absorber give special cutting experience to your lawn mower that
enable is go through to bumpy area. This idea is inspired by the four wheel drive car that able
to go through to different kind of surface. This allow the car to face different kind of extreme
challenge.
World without wire. Seems impossible but that’s the reality. Wireless charging is not
a big utilities for consumers but at least it can prevent consumer to take care of their cable
from water or rust. JOHNNY is programmed to auto return to its charging port when the
power is low. The charging port is setup at any point at your house. The charging port is a
combination of electrical and solar power generator.
By implement all the special characteristic of certain part of gadget and technology,
we hoping that, this innovation and creativity will make JOHNNY is the best lawn mower
that help people in every difficulties in moving .
