We want to discover building components and

their connection methods.

We have choosen timber as the main building

components.

tion without metal additions.

We want to explore the idea of play.

We will incorporating the other element in

terms of the stability, material, texture, act
and creativity of play.

Adaption to conditions is important.

To learn, respect and absorb the qualities of a site.

Observe and take into consideration what is important.

Making the site as a component itself.

Discover what you can or cannot do to incorporate the play-

scape. Or do, make a decision.

Be clear. Be radical.

You will be free. Read the site, draw the site.

Draw a play structure as you prefer, small or large.

You are require to find and collage your play structure within
your ideal site. You are free to chose the shape, structural
system and connection method.

You will work fast / intuitive.

 Stirrup Bracket Foundation
The base of the stirrup has inbuilt stiffened ribs for added strength and to hold the post
above any water ponding and therefore prevent decay.

The bucket bracket is to be used at the ends of a wood beam.
