An ISO 9001:2008 company, it is one of the largest production of Aluminium Foil in Asia. Every foil
specification used in packaging in India has been innovated and developed by IFL. The Company was
the first company in India to manufacture Aluminium foils. They were also the first manufacturer to
manufacture ultra light gauge foil, cable wrap, strip and blister pack for pharmaceutical packaging. The
company started operating in the 1905 as Venesta Foils and was renamed, as India Foils is a division of
EssDee Aluminium Limited.
HR – Responsibility
• Responsible for generation of attendance records of all staff ( IFL- Kamarhati and Hoera unit)
and sending the same to Head Office every month for payroll generation.
• Maintaining leave records of Management staff through leave card and day off adjustment of
Management staff.
• Coordinate with Dept. Head for fresh as well as renewal of Retainer ship agreement
• Retainer’s attendance records for preparation of salary advice.
• Coordinate all jobs pertaining to HR & Administration viz.
1. Interview organized for recruitment of new management staff (Through college
campus, Placement consultancy & Other source),
2. Offer latter prepare, Salary negotiation & salary structure preparation, Appointment
latter prepare, New recruitment related documentation, Give proper orientation
training and share company related information to new joinee .
3. Bank account Opening
4. Prepare retirement & resignation related paper and Full and Final settlement ( leave
encashment, gratuity & PF etc)
5. Completes legal formalities pertains to new entrants (Mgt. Staff) such as filling up P.F
nomination form, Gratuity nomination forms, online ESI Nomination from & prepare
temporary ESI card with ESI no.
6. Prepare half yearly and yearly performance appraisal for the purpose of confirmation,
yearly increment & promotion of all employees (Management Staff).
• Submit monthly HR MIS report to HR-Manager and other Higher Management Staff as per their
requirement and prepare ORGANOGRAM of the organization.
• Jobs pertaining to ISO audit such as coordinating Training programs for both Mgt. Staff and
Workmen with production and other department and maintain records.
• Organized all Apprentice training (BOPT) related Job of Graduate engineering Trainee, Diploma
Engineering Trainee and ITI trainee.
• Submission of statutory quarterly return to B.O.P.T giving quarterly Performance details of
apprentice trainee by (APP-6) form.
• 50% reimbursement claming from BOPT for GI & Technician apprentice trainee.
• Sending (NTMIS) return to B.O.P.T giving Manpower details as per requirement
• Update and send data for renewal of Hospitalization coverage insurance & GPA formalities of
Mgt. Staff to insurance department of our company.
• Coordinate, implementation of CMS attendance record system.
