The Fourth International Conference on the Applications of Digital

Information and Web Technologies (ICADIWT 2011) is a forum for

scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest

research results, ideas, developments and applications in the areas of

Computer Communications, Communication networks,

Communication Software Communication Technologies and

Applications, and other related themes.

This conference (ICADIWT 2011) will include presentations of

contributed papers and state-of-the-art lectures by invited keynote

speakers.

This conference welcomes papers address on, but not limited to, the
