LIVESTOCKBILL OF SALE

I. Dates. This agreement was created on the ___ day of December 2019 (Hereinafter known as the
“Agreement Date”) with the intention of the transfer of livestock and monetary funds to be on the
30th day of January 2020 (Hereinafter known as the “Date of Sale”).

II. The Parties. “The seller is known as Hana Garcia with a mailing address of Gitnang Kanluran, 683
San Vicente Sto Tomas Batangas. (Hereinafter known as the “Seller”).The purchaser of the
livestock is known as Francis Calleja with a mailing address at Everlasting st. balugo oas albay ,
(Hereinafter known as the “Buyer”).

III. Livestock. The livestock to be sold is from Bounty Agri Farm, Bulacan, described as:

IV. Purchase Terms.

The price of P293.00 per head of 1300 heads (Pick-up price) the Buyer agrees to pay the Seller for
the livestock mentioned in Section I, I shall be P 380,900 to be paid on the Date of Sale.

The Buyer agrees to:

☐-Make a deposit in the amount of One hundred fourteen thousand two hundred seventy pesos

(P 180,000 ) as 30% Down payment (upon booking) on the Date Agreed, and issue Two (2) Post
Dated Checks Dated on December 15 2019 with the amount of (P 150,000) serves as 40%
(second schedule of payment) and January 15 2019 the amount of (P________ ) serves as full
and final payment.

V. Inspection.

The Buyer shall have the right to inspect the livestock between the Agreement Date and shall
request for a permission and subject for approval from Bounty Agri Farm .If during the inspection
the Parties are informed of any defector abnormalities this agreement may become void at the sole
option of the Buyer, with any deposit being returned immediately.
