Note: Most other Free Zones (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Northern Emirates) have made above
listed requirements mandatory and are thus much more expensive to set up with and

Comparison with Dubai Free Zones:

A full set up with office in one of Dubai’s many Free Zones (such as TECOM, Jebel Ali,
Airport Free Zone, Dubai Silicon Oasis, etc.) will cost a minimum of AED 80,000 – 150,000!
In addition Dubai Free Zones all ask for share capital ranging from AED 50,000 to 1,000.000
depending on the company structure and request audited records after the first year of
operation.

operates directly in and out of Dubai and is legally approved by the High Court in Abu
Dhabi.

None of the other Northern Emirates Free Zones has that competitive advantage of being
approved by the capital of the UAE to legally operate out of Dubai!! So far that was
exclusively reserved for Dubai Free Zones or Dubai sponsor set ups.

With Virtual set up you get an official address in Dubai and can use the business center
hot desk (conveniently located in a prestigious area in Dubai Marina with easy access to and
from Sheikh Zayed Road, and hundreds of restaurants and plenty of hotels at your fingertips
