It is mandatory to create the user’s account, or you can log in directly with your Gmail and Facebook.

STEP 1 - Sign up an account.

- Click on “Sign up” button - Fill up your “Full name.”

- Your “Email Address”- Your “New Password”
- Re-enter “Your new Password.”
- Fill up your date of birth
- Select your “Gender”
- Your country and your city address
- [v] I have read and agree to the terms of service and click “Sign-up.”

STEP 2 - Conrm Email

The system - will send you a conrming email to your mailbox, so you need to check your mail and validate your email,
the email may go to junk mail or spam, so make sure you check all the folder and save the email address into the address
box. However, if you did not receive an email, you can click “Resend Validate Link.”

- Open the email and click on the link below to “Validate Your Email”

- After you click on the Link to Validate, then you will see “Green Message” to conrm that your account has been
validated and now you can enjoy using the services.

STEP 3 - Up date Prole

Your prole - is your branding; it is crucial to update your prole information.
1. Click on “Prole Information”

2. In this section, you can update your prole information, choose notication, change your password, email notication setting,
subscription management, activities log, relationship status.

3. Change your Prole & Background Photos - Click on your name or Click “View Prole” in prole information.

4. Mouse over your “Picture” and click on “Edit Prole Picture.”

5. Drag or Click upload the picture and click “Save Thumbnail”

6. Update “Cover Picture” - mouse over the cover and click “Edit Cover Picture”.

7. Drag or upload the picture and click “Save Cover Picture”.

STEP 4 - Upgrade your Account to Gold or Platinum
1. Click on “Premium” or “Subscription Management”.

2. Click on “Select” under Premium Package.

3. Select your preferred “Payment Gateway.”

4. Log in to your “Paypal Account” if you are using Paypal. However, click “Pay with a Card” if you don’t have.

5. Fill up below information carefully to complete the payment and make sure your card has enough credit
for the amount.

6. Click “Pay Now” to complete the payment.

STEP 5 - How to Create a Store
After upgrading to Premium Member, you can create your store. One Premium Account can create one store only.

1. Click on “My store” at the left menu of the home page.

2. Fill up your store name, email, store address, phone number, drag or upload the picture of your store logo

3. Click “Save” to complete the process.

STEP 6- Store Dashboard

1. You can see the URL link for your store, QR code, store detail information an option to share your store to other
social networks.

2. Attribute - If your product has multi colors, sizes, or specications, then you can create “Attribute and add the
attribute to your product so that customer can select the best option.

2.1. Create the main Attribute - ll up the name and click “Save”

2.2. Create the sub attribute - Click on “Sub”.

2.3. Click on “Action”and Click “Add New.”

2.4. Click on “Action”and Click “Add New” and continue adding if base on your product attribute. e.g. sizes, colors, spec etc.

e.g., These are the list of the product attributes, that I had created for my iPhone for Spec 32GB and 64GB, however, if I want
to add “Attribute” for product “color” then I can follow the same instruction.

3. Procedure – You can add the “Producer” of the product into the product detail such as the Producer name, phone, or
email and address. However, if you don’t know detail information about your producer, you need to ll up the title.e.g.,
Apple (for iPhone, iMac, iPad)

3.1. Click “Save” to create “Producer”

4. Product - You can review the list of your products here, and however, if you don’t have any product yet, you can click on
“Create a new product”.
5. Create Product - Click “Create New Product”
5. 1. Add Product Information - Product code, product name, select type of product (regular or digital), select product
category
5.2. Submit Product to “Afliate Program” - This feature is specially designed to support small and medium businesses,
you list your products and submit to “Afliate Program,” and let Riich’s Premium Members sell your products.

When you “submitted products to - “Afliate program, your product will automatically list in “Afliate Products”
and ready to recruit for “Re-seller or Afliate Partners” with the one-clicked adding product.
“Get Afliate” button will be activated in your product and upon “Premium Member” click on “Get Afliate.
”the product will be automatically adding into their store.

***You only need to list the product, submit product to afliate, and let our Premium Member, sell your products. All that
you need to do is only manage the selling price, resell price, and delivery product to your customer.

Manage Afliate Products, click on “Manage Afliate.”

To manage your products (Product, afliate), you can edit product, enable inventory.

5. 2. Add Product Photos - Click on “Image” tap to add product pictures, click “Apply” to save.

5. 3. Add Product Video - Click “Upload” Video

5. 4. Paste “Product Video link” from Youtube and Click “Fetch Video”.

5. 6. Click “Apply” to save the video.

 5.7. Add “Others” option - such as, out of stock, allow share, allow discussion, allow review, warrant period, and weight.

5.8. Add “Attribute” - Add an option for customers to select such as, size, color, spec.

5.9. Click “Add Attribute” and click “Add” again.

5.10. Add attributes for product spec and click “Select.”

5.11. You can add the price between product spec if the prices are different, e.g. iPhone 7 64GB is higher price then
iPhone7 32GB for 100$, so I add 100.

5.12. Click “Apply” to save the “Attribute”

6. Manage customer - Mass mail/direct message system
Platform to manage customers: You can always manage your customers, send a promotional coupon to mass clients or any
selected clients.
Mass message – directly one click send to all the clients that allow you to stay connected with your customers
and increase the returned-sales. Every message that you submitted will interact directly with your customer's smartphone.
The promo – coupon: You can create a coupon and provide the discount to your customers base on the selected products item.

7. Create coupon - To create a coupon for your customers, click “Create Coupon.”

7.1. Fill up the coupon information - Enter the coupon code, description, select the product that you want to apply
the coupon, select discount type, enter coupon amount and coupon expiry date, usage limit per coupon
and tick [V] on “Active” and click “Save.”

8. Manage “Inventory” - Click on “Inventory”
8.1. [V]. Tick “Allow Inventory” and make sure you select “Continue selling.”
8.2. To allow “Inventory,” you need to update the quantity of inventory rst.

8.3. Click “Save” to complete the product listing.

9. Create and Manage shipping zone- You can create shipping zone base on the countries, weight or at shipping.
9.1. Click “Create a Shipping Zone”

9.2. Click “Manage Shipping” and click on “Enable”any shipping type that you “Preferred”, then click “Edit”.

9.3. Click “Add”, select “Shipping zone”, enter the shipping fee (e.g. 15 for $15), then Click “Save”.

9.4. View your shipping zone - Click on “Manage shipping zones.

10. Order – this system entirely designed that you can manage all the order information:
You can update the status of the customer, review the order detail, and edit the order to add valuable information
such as order tracking number and AWB.

***This is what will appear your customers' dashboard.

11. Inventory Management system – That allows you to manage all your inventory in the platform and get it automatically
alerted when the stock is less or reaching the minimum inventory level.

12. Transaction Management System – this system allow you to track all your sale activities in the marketplace.
You can review your sales transaction and check if the order process completed.

13. Afliate Partners – this function allows you to manage all your afliate partners or sales agent.

14. Manage “Inventory” - Click on “Inventory”
14.1. [V]. Tick “Allow Inventory” and make sure you select “Continue selling.”
14.2. To allow “Inventory,” you need to update the quantity of inventory rst.

14.3. Click “Save” to complete the product listing.

15. One-clicked boost product - Business level can boost up to 10 products to the top rank in the marketplace,
and Enterprise’s level can boost up to 50 products.

15.1. Visit “My store” at the “Manage Products” page click on “Promote” any product that you want to boost.

15.2. Select the number of days that you want to boost.

You can also upgrade the number of days that you want to promote in “Manage Products”.

STEP 7 - How to link your business to store
7.1. Click here - at the business page - You need to create a business prole rst.

7.2. Click “Add Business”.

7.3. Click “Add Business” - You can add a business category, business type, company name, company register
number, Company description, logo, address, email.

7.3.1. Click “Add Business” - Add fax, website, social network (facebook, twitter, linkedin, youtube, Instagram),
add business hours, and select payment options.

7.4. Select the “Business” and Click “Save”

STEP 8 - Verication your e-wallet.
8.1. Click on to verify the wallet.

8.2. Verify the phone number

8.3. Verify the card - after phone verication, the next step you’ll need to verify the card (VISA or Master), ll up your
First name, Last name, card number, expiry date e.g. 20/2020 and click “Conrm”.

8.4. Your wallet will change from Grey to Green status after “Verication,” and you can send credit to your friends,
using the wallet for the market place or request withdrawal.

STEP 9 - Link Bank and Paypal ID
After verication the wallet, the next step you need to link your bank account or Paypal ID.

9.1. Link the Bank Account - Click on “My Bank Account”

9.2. Add your bank name, bank address, account number, Swift code, passbook, or bank statement need to attach
and select the account type. e.g., Saving or Current account.

10. Link the Paypal Account - Click “My Paypal Account” and select “Add New Account”.

10.1. Fill your Paypal ID or email, and Paypal link e.g. www.paypal.me/stella.jonh and click “Save”.

STEP 10 - How to request a withdrawal?
10. 1. Click on “Request Withdrawal”.

10. 2. Fill up the amount to request, select payment option (My bank or My Paypal), select the Bank Account, and
click “Send.”

10. 2. Fill up your OTP code and Click “Validate OTP.”

10. 3. Click “Send” again to complete the transaction.

10.4. Check the status of your withdrawal requests - Click on “My withdrawal requests.” You’ll receive a notication upon
your request is approved, and usually, it takes a few days.
