Subject: Violations of Deed Restrictions/Covenants

The ACC at its September 01, 2010 meeting as a result of receiving multiple
complaints and observations of homeowners not adhering to the Deed
Restrictions and Covenants has decided it was time to remind homeowners
that the ACC is actively enforcing the restrictions/covenants.

Despite our best efforts, there are still property owners who after being
notified have not corrected the violations. To aide us in the enforcement of
our deed restrictions and covenants we have engaged the law firm of Owen,
Bogart, Rogers & Nisimblat.

The Architectural Control Committee is volunteers. We are homeowners who

have taken the responsibility as a way to show support for the quality of life
we enjoy in the Pine Forest subdivision. The ACC recognizes that as property
owners we have rights and individual freedoms but as neighbors we also
have responsibilities to uphold the deed restrictions agreed to when we
purchased our property in Pine Forest. What we do on our property may also
affect our neighbors and the subdivision at-large . We urge you to review
the deed restrictions and covenants, ( www. pfpoa.org). We will be making a
concerted enforcement effort in the months to come.
