Notice for empanelment of Doctors for Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinic

1. Directorate General of Health Services, GNCT of Delhi, shall empanel

doctors for Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinics on every Wednesday from 02:30 PM
to 05:00 PM at the following locations

2. Minimum Qualification: MBBS

3. The remuneration to the empanelled doctor would be Rs. 40 per patient

registered with minimum assured guarantee of 75 patients per day to be
calculated on monthly basis.

5.. All doctors are required to submit the documentary proof regarding the above
mentioned criteria such as self attested copy of Aadhar Card, copy of degree,
diploma etc.

6.. All doctors have to submit Medical Fitness Certificate from government
doctor/institution.

7.. Copy of the above documents are to be submitted to the Interview Board on next
consecutive day of the interview.

8. The Post Graduation/Diploma qualification shall pertain to main clinical

disciplines. Doctors holding any other degree/diploma shall be marked as
MBBS only.

9. The Final list of Empanelment of doctors will be prepared on the basis of marks
given and will be updated every Wednesday.

10. The Empanelment will be offered to the shortlisted Doctors on the basis of their
marks based on the above criteria on the same day.
11. If candidate does not opt for any AAMC, he/she will be considered again with
the next week’s shortlisted candidates on the basis of his/her marks accordingly,
list will be updated and will be displayed at the CDMO office and thus will
remain eligible for the empanelment.

12. However, if the candidate does not join within 7 days after opting for AAMC,
he/she will be de-empanelled and banned for 3 months for empanelment for all
11 districts

13. Date of empanelment will be given priority for opting of AAMC in

case of same marks and if the date of empanelment and marks are
same then date of completion of MBBS will be considered.

14. There will be no restriction to the number of districts in which the

doctor can be empanelled.

16. Any candidate who have been de-empanelled for administrative

reason will not be considered for empanelment in any of the 11
state level committee. The list of de-empanelled doctors will be
shared with all districts.

17. The district wise updated empanelled doctors list is to be shared with
State AAMC cell, DGHS and to be uploaded on website alongwith
the addresses of 11 districts regularly.

18. All empanelled Doctors posted at AAMCs will be mandatorily

trained on public health and various health programmes for smooth
functioning and to provide health care services.
