1. The lnformation and Communication and Technology (lCT) Unit of DepEd Division of
Batangas will conduct a DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) Orientation cum HubHuman
Free Software/Application Hands-On on the following dates at a venue to be announced
later in a separate memorandum:

2. This activity aims to:

a. To orient schools in the Division of Batangas on the proper management of the new and
existing DCP packages.
b. Orient the schools about the counterpart requirements needed prior to the delivery of
the computer packages.
c. Orient the recipient schools on the guidelines to the inspection and acceptance of the
computer packages and
d. Discuss the roles and responsibility of each participant.
e. lntroduce free software/application provided by HubHuman.

3. Participants for this activity are the following: School Head, (1) ICT Coordinator and Property
Custodian of each school. lntegrated Schools shall send three (3) participants only to
represent the entire school. Participants are required to bring laptop, extension cord and
pocket wifi internet per school.
