OBSERVATION: Joy, age 15, having a relationship with a 26-year old guy. She is
now living with her boyfriend.
AGREEMENT: She will continue her studies.
REMARKS:
 1st meeting: We will observe the performance & attendance of the
student.
 After the first meeting, we sent letters to the parents to ask about Joy’s
situation.
 We had four meetings with the parent.
 After 4 months, Joy decided not to continue her studies.
