market resumed its ascent. Pending Sales enjoyed their largest year-over-
year increase since the tax credit ended. Buyer activity was up 22.9

As a result of strengthening sales and fairly stagnant listing activity, the Most Recent Month
inventory of homes available for sale has dropped by over 2,500 homes or
4.1 percent from year-ago levels. That's the largest inventory drop since
mid-May. Buyers currently have 60,154 homes to choose from. Days on Market Until Sale ......... 5
As for October's monthly figures, sellers can expect to receive
approximately 92.7 percent of their original list price with market times of 84 Percent of Original List Price Received at Sale ......... 6
days. Months Supply of Inventory increased to 7.3 after 21 consecutive
months of decline. This metric still indicates a fairly balanced marketplace.
