LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT

Further to the interview held at our office recently, we are pleased to offer you employment as
Assistant Manager, Engineering ( Salary Scale M 2 ) at Production and Engineering
Department at Bukit Beruntung Factory with effect from 17 February 2010 on the following
terms and conditions:-

1. COMMENCEMENT SALARY

Your salary on commencement shall be RM 4,200.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Four

Thousand Five Hundred Only) per month. You are entitled to a fixed allowance of
RM 300.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Three Hundred) only.

2. PROBATION PERIOD

You will have undergo a probation period of six (6) calander months from the date of
commencement of employment. At the end of this period, your performance will be
reviewed by Management who reserve the right to confirm, extend your probationary to
another three (3) months (maximum) or terminate your employment.

3. NOTICE OF TERMINATION

Either party is required to serve one (1) month’s notice or 1 month’s salary in lieu of
such notice during the probation period. After confirmation, the termination notice
period is 60 days’ or two (2) month’s salary in lieu of such notice is required.

4. SCOPE OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

You will be reporting to the Production and Engineering personnel, who will assign
you ypur duties and responsibility.
