Environment

The environment have a great effect at the patients’ ability to regain its strength. Environment
usually contribute to the spreading of a certain disease, especially if it’s airborne or droplet. In
my patients case, his environment contribute greatly to his way of recovering. Quiet and relaxing
environment can help our patient regain his normal health, with the help of the nurse. Like
nightingale once wrote that nursing "is an act of utilizing the environment of the patient to assist
him in his recovery". It involves the nurse's initiative to configure environmental settings
appropriate for the gradual restoration of the patient's health, and that external factors associated
with the patient's surroundings affect life or biologic and physiologic processes, and his
development.
