 Perform responsibilities of analysing network topologies and identifying network performance issues
 Handled responsibilities of providing 24x7 networking support in production environment
 Performed the tasks of monitoring network performance by using standard management tools

 Creation, updation and closing of trouble ticket within SLA and taking hourly updates from FLE
