JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

WE, NAPOLEON LAYA and JOSEFINA LAYA, both of legal age,

married to each other, Filipinos, former residents of Barangay Rizal, Delfin
Albano, Isabela, Philippines, and now residents of 28 Richland Ct.,
Apartment A., Clifton, New Jersey, United States of America, after having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That sometime in the year 2017, when we instructed Isidoro (cousin

of Napoleon) to look for a lawyer to process the discharge of a parcel
of land we own from mortgage, we received an information from the
latter that the said parcel of land is presently being occupied by
Gavino Galam and is armed with a Deed of Absolute Sale of
Registered Land which purportedly shows that we have sold the
parcel of land to him which described in TCT NO. T-57034 as early as
June 16, 1979;

2. That we were utterly shocked and visibly in disbelief with the

information that the parcel of land was already embraced under TCT
No. T-57034 during the year 1979 in the month of June the 16th;

3. That it could not be possible for us to sell the said parcel of land to
Gavino Galam since in in 1979, we, Napoleon and Josefina were
 respectively in Saudi Arabia working and teaching in an elementary
school in Manila and busy attending the needs of our children.

4. That in 1975, when we left Delfin Albano, we never set our feet back
in that place.

5. That we are executing this Joint Affidavit of Denial to deny under

oath the validity and due execution of the Deed of Absolute Sale of
Registered Land dated June 16, 1979.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this
