According to Barnes, Schaubroeck, Huth and Ghumman ( 2011), lack of sleep might promote unethical

behavior by decreasing self management resources. If employees are particularly in danger for behaving
unethically once low on sleep, then organizations might have the benefit of providing work schedules
that give for higher sleep, like minimizing the prevalence of rotating schedules that disrupt sleep
patterns for meant durations. rrs 2 - rudy

As indicated by Chaput and Datil (2016). Lacking rest is related with negative results in a few zones of
wellbeing and working, including weight, wretchedness, school execution, personal satisfaction, and
hazard taking practices [18, 32, 33]. Also, deficient rest is related with the unsettling influence in
intellectual and psychomotor capacity including temperament, thinking, fixation, memory, lesrning,
cautiousness and response time [34-36]. Inadequate rest likewise brings about budgetary expense
identifying with well-being and other consumption and non-money related expense identifying with loss
of personal satisfaction and sudden passing. rrl 1- louie

At present it appears very likely that insufficient sleep results in increased good intake, while there is a
little evidence that it results in reduced energy expenditure. When these biological mechanism are
considered alongside the consistent relationship between shortened sleep and obesity in prospective
studies, and secular trends in sleep duration, there is currently strong evidence that stortened sleep
plays a role in the obesity epidemic. While future research will contribute to elucidate other questions in
this field of research, a good night's sleep should, in the meantime, be promoted for the maintenance of
overall health ( Chaput & Tremblay , 2012). rrl 3 - trixy

According to Womack, Hook, Reyna & Ramos( 2012), Sleep loss is common problem with a wide range
of consequences. One possible consequence of sleep loss may be risk-taking behavior (RTB). The present
review examined the empirical literature on the relationship between sleep loss and RTB. We found 23
studies that met inclusion criteria. Overall, sleep loss was positively associated with RTB, and there was
evidence that changes in sleep loss are causally related to changes in RTB. One possible mediator of the
relationship between sleep loss and RTB was reduced functioning of the ventromedial prefrontal cortex
(VMPFC). Possible moderators of this relationship included type of RTB measure and general versus
specific RTB. We discussed limitations and recommendations for future research in this area. rrs 3- justin

In the study of Hampton (2005) on the impact of lack of sleep on academic performance in college
students, the research performed in the study showed that the number of hours of sleep has a
significant aid in having a good academic performance, as measured by their GPA or Grading in
education of the undergraduate students. This means that sleep has a significant yet crucial role in a
student's academic life. rrs 1- airish
Ming et al. (2011) stated that sleep deprivation is an integrated part of human health and life and its
crucial for learning , performance and physical and mental health . It was observed that poor sleep
quality reduced total sleep time an excessive daytime sleepiness negatively affected academic
performance , behavior and social competence in adolescents. abbas rrl4
