PREFACE

Experience is the best teacher. This proverb plays a guiding role in the curriculum
of the B.B.A. programmers of Gujarat University. Industrial visit is the B.B.A.
program also; a consequent report based on the industrial visit allows the students to
get an experience of a real business environment.

Only theoretical knowledge does not impart complete education. It is necessary that
practical exposure is accompanied to add meaning for the last two or three decades
the growth of management has “HEART" of every organization. Without
management expansion of any organization is not possible. It cannot be neglected
by any organization therefore it becomes too important to study management
practically.

To education, the industrial visit is the practical part of the B.B.A. program in the
syllabus by the Gujarat University. It gives us the chance to know about the India
industrial structure.

As a management student, I had also tried to learn something practical in the

management field to fulfill my hope. I had taken the visit of a large scale successful
and well-known industry namely Gopal Snacks Pvt. Ltd. In short, we can say that
being a student at B.B.A. and having got a chance and opportunity to visit this dairy
