Greetings of Peace!

May I have the honor to apply for the vacant position of Engineer III at the Planning and Design Division
of this Office.

I am LESLIE-BARCELONA DY, a licensed Geodetic and Civil Engineer presently assigned at the Planning
Section, Planning and Design Division, Regional Office holding the position of Engineer II. I am the
designated Pavement Management System Regional Coordinator and the assistant regional coordinator for
RBIA (Road and Bridge Information application).

I am with the government service for almost thirty-one years, started my first job in 1988 at Construction
Section of Albay 1st District Engineering Office, Airport Site, Legazpi City and transferred to this Office last
October 2000.

My work assignment in Planning Section of PDD involves the over-all planning/programming of the Region’s
annual and succeeding years’ projects for implementation in coordination with the implementing offices,
other national agencies, local government units and the Central Office as well. Various tasks regarding
infrastructure planning are also assigned from time to time and I am also tasked to attend coordination
meetings with other national agencies and the Central Office on Planning matters.

I am looking forward that my intention in applying for the vacant position will be given consideration and
be included in the evaluation.

Also attached is my Personal Data Sheet and Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) Rating
for the last two semesters, i.e. July-December 2018 and January-June 2019 for your perusal.
