The Plaintiff in the above entitled action hereby makes an application for a

temporary injunction in accordance with his verified complaint and prayer for relief,

and respectfully requests that an injunction be issued forthwith for the following

reasons Covenant Living of Cromwell is threating eviction of the Plaintiff from his

residence at Covenant Living in breach of his written agreement, Breach of

Covenant in Good Faith and Fair Dealing, their misrepresentations, violation of§

17b-520 et seq. and §42-110b Connecticut General Statutes.
