After completing your re-registration online, you will receive an automatic email with the payment letter for re-enrollment
fees to be paid provided that we already have in our database a valid proof of health cover and / or a valid residence
permit (for non-European students).
Otherwise, you will receive an automatic message asking you to send by email to seve.admission@uni.lu the following
document(s):
• A copy of your European health insurance card or attestation of the affiliation to a medical cover with a social security
scheme indicating a period of coverage valid. (Mandatory mention of start and end dates of this insurance)
If you do not have such insurance, you will be asked to pay the insurance medical cost together with the registration
fees directly to the University.
It is your responsibility to report any changes in your situation during your studies (change of address, student
job, drop-out, etc.). You must report it in writing to the SEVE - Admissions Office
• 1 copy of the residence permit for non-European students.
• 1 copy of the enrollment certificate and proof of payment from the partner university for all bi-national or tri-
national programms

University diploma or Higher Education (Registration in the register of titles)


With a view to his/her definitive enrollment in a master's program at the University of Luxembourg, any student who do
not hold a bachelor's degree corresponding to at least 180 ECTS according to the framework of the Bologna process,
issued by a higher education institution located in another Member State of the European Union, in a Member State of the
European Economic Area or in a Swiss Confederation recognized by the competent authorities of the State in question
and certifying higher education recognized by the same competent authorities, must compulsorily submit an application
to register his/her diploma in the register of qualifications, higher education section at the Ministry of Higher Education
and Research in Luxembourg.

Payment
In order to confirm your re-registration, you are requested to pay your re-registration fees before February 14, 2020:
• directly at the admissions office (payment by bank card only)
• by bank transfer: the invoice will be sent to you by mail

• Date on-line re-enrollment: from 13 January to 14 February 2020
• Deadline for the payment of the enrollment fees: 14 February 2020
The computer account will be deactivated as of February 18, 2020 for any student who is not definitively re-
registered (subject to the payment of registration fees for the summer semester)
