6. Best Practices which ought to be replicated and adopted (this may be verbally done during FGD or during LAC sessions)

6.1 Classroom Management (emphasis on physical environment/ classroom plant, classroom routine - supervised recess/lunch break, getting in and out of the classroom for flag ceremony and
participation in any school initiated activity, orderliness and cleanliness of the classroom, good grooming and personal hygiene, etc.)

= Make it a routine to every teacher adviser/subject to remind the students how vital the learning in school and how it greatly affects the student’s academic performance with the habitual
actuation of not attending classes. Further, teach the students to be cautious with their daily hygiene to avoid the occurrence of obnoxious smell disrupting the class in progress.

6.2 Teaching Strategy (emphasis on critical content, preparation of LP/DLP/iPlan for newly hired)

= I commonly used the DLL or “Daily Lesson Log” with all my subject handled and will be checked by the School Head affix her signature. I find it more comprehensive as a springboard to learning
and as to the teaching strategy integrated depends on the subject areas. Ideally, I prefer to use ECLECTIC APPROACH which is adaptable, holistic and easy to utilize in any areas or even small-scope of
diverse learners in SHS department.

6.3 Forging Stakeholders (emphasis on attendance during classroom/school PTA meetings, planned homeroom projects, student discipline, etc)

= In gathering a PTA meeting every quarter would help to establish a good rapport and by that means also recognized their diligence and perseverance to attend the said undertaking in the midst of
hectic schedules. Moreover, indulge the students to keep on coming to school and learn more anchored with rewards/recognition at least in a little way of doing such, will give courage to sustain the strong
bond between the parents and students.

6.4 Student Discipline (emphasis on positive/constructive discipline, greetings utterances and gestures, etc.)

= The daily encounter with the teacher-learner every classes would be commendable if the importance of DIALOGUE shall be given much attention on the side of the students and leave a mark in
their minds the simple gesture like SMILING and saying a COMPLIMENT to alter the undesirable attitude acted upon by the learners.

6.5 Other related activities to support attainment of the desired learning outcomes. (Newly hired teachers -preparation of records and forms of the learners, computation of grades, supplies and
materials, etc.)

= The School Heads/TIC’s/Principal of the academe should navigate human resources based on the urgency of the teachers handling the related /concern subjects only. In order to realize and meet
the projected desires in teaching-learning process. Multi-Tasking of academic teaching is GOOD but not IDEAL as much as possible, therefore this will be taken immediate action. Lastly, fast-track the
completion of varied forms concerning on the fundable proposed project which proceeds goes to the betterment of school so as learning –education will be worthwhile.
