AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, NELSON M. DOGOY and ROBERT C. CALAMBA, all of legal age,

Filipinos, residents of Balilihan, Bohol, Philippines, and Tagbilaran City, Bohol,
Philippines respectively, after having been sworn in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and state that:

1. We have known MAYA KRISTINA TALAGSA since she was born;

2. We know that she is the daughter of Cristobal R. Talagsa and Cirila P. Talagsa;

3. We are not related by consanguinity or affinity to the child’s parents;

4. We are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the above statements and
in compliance with the requirements of the Philippine Civil Registrar.
