    Students will take a 30 minute "certamen" test in third grade writing to assess their skills with connectors, phrasal verbs, expressing opinions, and imperatives.     Date: November 30th Level: Third Grade, secondary


    Skill: Writing
    Expected Outcomes: Students are able to answer the “certamen” and to put in practice what they
    have learnt in the past few weeks (connectors, phrasal verbs, express opinions and imperatives)
    Resources: Test prepared by me.
    Time Comments

    Introduction 3 min Greetings


    Students are introduced the aim of the class
    Core of the class
    Pre-stage 2 min Students are given the instructions to complete the
    “certamen”

    While-stage 30 min Students start completing the “certamen”

    Post-Stage 5 min Students are announced that they have to start


    finishing and correcting.

    Closing 3 min Students hand the “certamen” back.
