I am putting you on notice that I went down to Bank of America located at 100 N Tryon St STE 170
in Charlotte, NC – I was given hard evidence, signed and notarized, from the head of BOAs HR Dept.
that there is no one with the name Derek C. Page employed by them at any of their branches in the
US.

I was also given evidence that they did not contract with you to sue anyone.

I also have evidence from the IRS that no Derek C. Page employed by Bank of America has ever filed
a tax retrun.
