Telencephalon Telencéfalo It is a large part of the brain containing the cerebral cortex. In the human brain, the cerebrum is the uppermost region of the central nervous system. Cerebellum Cerebelo It is the part that receives information from the sensory systems, the spinal cord, and other parts of the brain and then regulates motor movements. The cerebellum coordinates voluntary movements such as posture, balance, coordination, and speech, resulting in smooth and balanced muscular activity.
