PRODUÇÃO DIDÁTICO – PEDAGÓGICA
TURMA - PDE/2013
Antecipação: encorajar os alunos a refletirem sobre o tema do texto antes de lê-los;
português;
por meio de dicas contextuais;
de figuras;
compreensão do texto.
linear do texto.
generalizar, transferir, construir e incorporar o novo aprendizado”.
diferentes gêneros textuais, contemplando o letramento, o multiletramento, a cultura brasileira
e o multiculturalismo.

This list has talked a lot about ways to cut down on undesirable CO2 emissions, but
what about proactive ways to put good things back into the atmosphere? One of the best
ways to do this is by planting trees, which is a favorite Earth Day activity. Trees play a
critical role in keeping our air clean, both by releasing oxygen into the air and by trapping
carbon. The more trees we have, the better our air quality, and that's why planting trees is an
excellent step to take toward saving the environment. While you're at it, plant a tree in a spot
that will give your house shade, as that will help reduce your need to crank up your air
conditioning in the summer months
It's also important to take a stand against deforestation. Losing large swaths of forest,
such as the rainforest, to development or industry means that we're losing millions of trees
that would otherwise be cleaning the air for us. Protesting deforestation, both through
activism and by refusing to buy products that are created at the expense of the world's forests,
can help slow and even halt deforestation.
Planting trees and fighting deforestation can make a big difference in keeping our air
clean.

mensagem.

Now that I've met a few cognates and false cognates, let's read a text
Reading
Pollution
Every year in the U.S. factories release over 3 million tons of toxic chemicals into
the land, air and water. This hazardous waste causes us to lose over 15 million acres of land
every year, it leads to respiratory complications and other health problems and it makes our
rivers and lakes too polluted for us to swim in and drink. But factories are only part of the
problem of pollution. Pollution is caused by industrial and commercial waste, agriculture
practices, everyday human activities and most notably, modes of transportation. No matter
where you go and what you do, there are remnants of pollution
What is pollution?
Pollution is the introduction of a contaminant into the environment. It is created
mostly by human actions, but can also be a result of natural disasters. Pollution has a
detrimental effect on any living organism in an environment, making it virtually impossible
to sustain life.

c) A 2ª linha nos informa que “as ações humanas causam a poluição”. O autor do texto usa a

influenciar no entendimento do texto.

<http://speakupidiomas.com/blog/2011/06/20/voz-passiva-passive-voice-em-ingles-sem-misterios>
a) The waste of the industries and commerce cause pollution. (O lixo das indústrias e do
comércio causam a poluição).
frase.
b) Pollution is caused by industrial and commercial waste. ( A poluição é causada pelo lixo das
indústrias e do comércio).
passado do verbo “to be” mais o particípio do verbo.
Voz passiva Exemplos
ativa
Voz ativa: Bob writes letters. (Bob escreve cartas).
Presente simples are/ is + particípio Voz Passiva: Letters are written by Bob. (Cartas são
escritas por Bob).
Obs.: Quando o sujeito da voz ativa for indeterminado (someone – alguém, people – pessoas), não
Ex.:

In Brazil, FIFA and the 2014 FIFA World Cup Organising Committee (LOC) will implement
projects to address the key areas of waste, water, energy, transportation, procurement and climate
change.
Activities in Brazil include the following:
Climate Change
Global warming is one of the most pressing issues of our time. A main factors in the change in
temperature is the increased level of carbon dioxide (CO2) released into the atmosphere through
human activities. FIFA and the LOC will estimate the carbon footprint of the tournament and
develop measures to avoid, reduce and offset its emissions.
Green stadiums
Most of the FIFA World Cup stadiums in Brazil are planning to achieve LEED certification for
green buildings and many are installing solar panels on their roofs to generate renewable energy. In
addition, FIFA and the LOC will organise certified training courses on sustainable management for
stadium operators.
Waste management in stadiums
The objective of a new waste law in Brazil is to better control the handling and destination of waste.
FIFA and the LOC will ensure that waste management in stadiums and other venues will be dealt
with according to the new regulations and will promote recycling in collaboration with local
cooperatives.
