Gender Action Plan and the Ethnic Groups Development Plan
The Recipient through MOE shall ensure that the agreed Gender Action Plan
and the Ethnic Groups Development Plan are fully implemented and budgeted
for and that all Project activities are designed and implemented in accordance
with ADB’s Policy on Gender and Development (1998) and the Safeguard
Policy Statement (2009). In particular, the Recipient through MOE shall ensure
