Undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully submits this motion
and states that:

The undersigned counsel acted as private prosecutor in the instant case with authority
from the Provincial Prosecution Office;

On January 28, 2020, this Honorable Court rendered its decision in the instant case;

Private Complainant Jeffrey Yanto has decided to secure the services of another counsel
for purposes of availment of post-judgment remedies;

The undersigned counsel manifests his withdrawal as private prosecutor with conformity
of private complainant;

WHEREFORE, premised considered, the undersigned most respectfully moves that the
instant motion be granted.
