Hello Tutor,

In my opinion, this video was interesting and educative. I realized that I was committing more than
mistake when I develop the writing skill. I want to highlight two of which I noticed were the most
demanding for me. One of them was the use of serial commas in sentences. The problem with it is
my mother tongue. In Spanish, we divide sentences with commas but no with periods. In order to
improve this, I have to investigate and analyze each sentence to avoid this mistake. Another error
was the use of the article “the”. In my case, I used excessively this article, because I am thinking in
Spanish and then I traduce to English.

In conclusion, the writing skill is an essential tool which we always use to communicate with other
people.
