WALBRO CORPORATION gi enagermnt CASS CITY, MICHIGAN page 5 Aneesh oe WS Maintenance Instructions Before Disassembly Clean the outside of the carburetor of all dirt and foreign material and clear a working area for disassembly isassemble the Following Part in Sequence ‘One Fuel Pump Gover Screw 10 Fuel Pump Cover, Diaphragm and Gasket Four Metering Diaphragm Cover Screws Metering Diaphragm, being careful to 11 unhook it from Metering Lever Metering Lever Pin Screw Metering Lever & Inlet Needle Three Cirouit Plato Screws Circuit Plate and Gasket Main & Idle Needles Main Nozzle Check Valve Assembly (press out from Venturi). No special fools are necessary because this as- sembly is retained only by its rubber ORing. Do not remove Throttle System. It is necessary to replace only after signifi cant wear. Wash all component parts with clean gasoline and blow off with compressed air, being SURE compressed air is not blown through nozzle check valve & screen Reverse the above for essembly.
