When a child wants something from his parents, he first says, “Dear father....! how loving you are...! Keeping this in view our Prophet (SaliAllahu alayhi wasallam) has taught us to supplicate Allah Ta’ala after taking His Great Names, of these great name two are mentioned above. if we call upon Allah, The Lord of Honour and Might, with these names, He will answer our prayers. It is a best Ibadat (worship) to send Durood upon our beloved Nabi (SallAllahu alayhi wasallam) who is the last messenger of Allah Ta‘ala. To make it habit, we must learn any short Durood for reciting abundantly, As you know that if any Muslim recite Durood once; than Allah Ta'ala descends blessings ten times upon him. According to a Hadith, Jannah lies under the feet of the Mother. In parent's pleasure lies Allah's pleasure. So, we too can serve our parents and go to Jannah and gain Allah's pleasure. Allah has granted parents such a high station that if children merely look at them with love, they earn reward for a Hajj. However, to call them by their names, to sit before they sit, all these acts are against the etiquette. We must refrain from these things. If anyone is sorrowful, anxious, confused or he gets involved in a worrying difficulty then he should make this dua. (SallAllahu alayhi wasallam), he would touch it to his eyes and kiss it with his lips in recognition of Allah's bounty. Though it seemed an ordinary grant, the prophet (SallAllahu alayhi wasallam) valued it very much, for he had his eyes on who was the One who granted it, the Merciful, the Noble. If we are careful to think of every blessing that only Allah grants it then we will learn to value it and to use it well. The jungles, the wilderness and the fields all are soaked and drenched. In this way, with mankind, other creatures too get their needs fulfilled.
