new passwords every 60 days. Can we also force an Alphanumeric password?
There is a password policy that requires at least 8 characters, and a numeric and alpha character.
LDAP integration also helps with password policies.

Can team members update activities in real time to P6, or is there an approval step by the
Project Leader or scheduler?
This is real-time to P6. However, the team member could be updating a Reflection project, in
which case, there would be an approval process by the scheduler.

Can security limit user editing of one user defined field or does security grant access to all
codes?
Yes. P6 v7 enables true field level security for activity data.

In P6 v7, is there a way to determine who is working on a specific project or activity at any
time?
From the P6 Windows desktop client, users can see who is within an opened project by using the
option within File, Open Projects.
