1. Services outside the scope of the warranty card/maintenance agreement and or/without a valid warranty card/maintenance agreement will be subject to our existing charges.
2. All decisions made by Canon as regards repairs, replacement or issues relating to defects of either workmanship or materials shall be conclusive. Any defective Equipment or part replaced shall become the
property of Canon.
3. Repaired Equipment is accompanied with a 3 month (for Camera and Video equipment)or 6 week (for other equipment)warranty on defects in material and workmanship for the fault repaired, subject to our existing
warranty terms and conditions.

4. Equipment is serviced by us at your own risk and we will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from or in connection with the services.
5. We will not be responsible for the compatibility of the Equipment with any other products such as software and peripherals.
