Restructuring, Personnel and Other Matters.

We are furnishing you with a copy of the Memorandum dated September 2, 2AIA of
Assistant Commissioner Isabel D. Agito, Officer-in-Charge, Regional Coordination Offrce,
Office of the Chairman, this Commission, treating on the above captioned subject.

In this regard, all are requested to identify issues and concerns relative to the
foregcing topics including but not limited to the Status of Annual Audit
Reports,&rlanagement Letters, excess State Auditor V or State Auditor IV items, promotions,
and any other significant topics particularly those which may be prevalent or common in the
in the audit groups in Regional Offices and/or in the Provinces/City.

Please submit your respective issues/concerns and recommended actions using the
prescribed matrix in the Memorandum, on or before September 20,2010, to give time for the
regional consolidation in time for the assessment of the above-mentioned subject which shall
be held on September 23-?4,2*10.
