MEDICAL KIT FOR EXECUTIVES TRAVELLING FREQUENTLY & ABROAD

Note: * Dosage given hereunder are for people above the age of 14 years.
* People, who are known to be allergic to specific drugs, should consult the local doctor.
* Pregnant Women should take the medical kit from their Obstetrician, should not use this prescription.
* Those who are on regular medication for Chronic diseases like Diabetes, High Blood Pressure,
Heart ailment etc. should continue taking them as advised by the concerned Doctor.

I - HEADACHE, BODYACHES & any EXTERNAL PAIN

Tab. Saridon 1 tab. after Food max. twice a day. Not exceeding for two days.
II - NAUSEA, VOMITTING, MOTION SICKNESS while travelling on Plane, Boat, Bus, Roller coaster
Tab. Stemetil.5mg.-1 tab 2 to 3 times in a day (Remain on suitable liquid diet for few hours to a day)
III - SORE THROAT, FEVERISHNESS etc.
Tab.Crocin (Paracetemol)- 1 tab. 6 th hrly ( 6am,12noon,6pm & 10pm-note the temp.at these timings)
for 2-3 days. Remain on Liquids till feverishness subsides.
IV - FEVER, SORE THROAT, BODY PAINS etc.
Cap Novomox 500 mg.- 1 cap twice /day for 5 days, Tab Crocin 1 tab 6 th hrly , Becosule 1 cap/day for 1 week.
Remain on Liquid diet till the Temp. touches to normal.
V - LOOSE MOTIONS :
(a) Watery Motions--- Tab. Furoxone 100mg 1-2 tabs three times/day for 2-3 days. Urine will be yellow due to
the medicine. Remain on Yoghurt, buttermilk with salt, & sago.
(b) Semisolid frequent Motions--- Tab. Dependal 1 tab. Three times/day
Diet –Soft rice with Curd & salt, Ripe banana can be taken in addition.
VI - PAIN due to minor injury, SRAIN,BACKACHE, NECK PAIN
Tab.Voveran 50mg.-1 tab. Twice/day after food. Valium-5mg.-1tab after dinner for 1-2 days
(People with acidity problem should take Gelucil or Digine tab three times/day.)

VII - ABDOMINAL PAIN, Lower Abdominal pain during Menses

Cap. Spasmoproxivon sos, maximum 3 times in a day. (Lower right sided Abdominal pain with
fever & vomitting, should see a local doctor)

VIII - TOOTH ACHE

Tab. Voveran 50mg. 1 tab. Twice a day after food along with antibiotic course of Novomox 500mg
Twice a day for 5 days. Take one B-Complex vitamin capsule once a day after break fast for seven days.

IX EAR ACHE
Cap. Novomox 500 mg. – One Cap. Twice a day for five days minimum.
Cap. Butaproxivon – one cap after food twice a day.
Tab. Allegra 120 mg – one tab after breakfast for two/three days
Tab Alerid 10mg – one tab after dinner for 2/3 days
B-Complex Vitamin one capsule after breakfast for seven days
X) COLD/COLD WITH SINUS HEADACHE
Tab Allegra 120mg – after breakfast for 2/3 days Diet: Avoid Milk / Milk products /
Tab Alerid 10mg – one tab after dinner for 2/3 days Eggs, citrus fruits, soft drinks
Tab Saridon – one tab twice a day after food

XI) ACIDITY / HEART BURN / PAIN, DISCOMFORT(upper abdomen)

Tab Omez 10 mg – one tab early morning for 15 days
Tab Gelucil or Tab. Digene whenever needed to be chewed 2/3 times a day
Avoid spicy, sour foods and drinks.
XII SKIN RASH, ALLERGY, DRUG REACTION, INSECT BITE etc.
Avil 50 mg - maximum twice a day – the tablet will make the person drowsy and
Hence avoid driving etc. Consult the local doctor if it does not subside.
Carry with you sufficient tablets/capsules of above medication plus Waterproof Band aid (mixed packet),
Ear buds packet, 4” bandage – 2, cotton roll (small), pain spray and antiseptic spray, Anti malarial tablets
