MÓDULO II – BOMBAS HIDRÁULICAS

Neste módulo os participantes revisarão as bombas e válvulas reguladoras utilizadas na escavadeira


330CL, seu princípio de funcionamento e pontos de ajuste. O seu funcionamento é semelhante ao da
escavadeira 320B.
Havendo disponibilidade das ferramentas, será feito o teste de flowmeter em uma das bombas e em
seguida será feita a análise do resultado do teste.

Objetivos do módulo:

Depois de aprender os ensinamentos do curso, o participante estará apto a:

 1 – Identificar os componentes das bombas e seus reguladores

 2 – Localizar os componentes e pontos de regulagem no grupo de controle das bombas e


identificar as linhas conectadas ao grupo

 3 – Utilizando o esquema hidráulico, colorir as linhas que interferem na angulação do eixo da


bomba para: aumento de fluxo e redução de fluxo

IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE COMPONENTES DA BOMBA HIDRÁULICA E REGULADOR

A figura acima mostra as duas restrições de onde “surge” a pressão NFC (sinal de fluxo negativo),
localizadas nas extremidades da válvula de controle principal ( passagem correspondente ao caminho
de alimentação paralelo).

A pressão Power Shift é usada para controlar a saída máxima de potência das bombas hidráulicas. Ela
funciona em função da posição do botão do acelerador e da rpm do motor.
 A pressão P.S. possui um valor fixo nas posições de 1 a 9 do botão do acelerador, a não ser que a proteção de baixa
rotação seja acionada.
 Nas posições de 1 a 4 a pressão P.S. possui um valor fixo para cada posição do acelerador. O acelerador determinará
a rpm desejada do motor, que produzirá em conseqüência um determinado fluxo de óleo.
 As posições 5 a 9 do acelerador, possuem um valor fixo de pressão P.S. Para determinar este valor o controle utiliza a
leitura da rpm do motor, a posição do botão do acelerador e a leitura de pressão de saída da bomba. O valor da
pressão P.S. permanece fixo até que porventura ocorra uma queda de 250 rpm abaixo da rotação desejada (posição do
botão do acelerador). Se isto acontecer, o controlador ajustará a pressão P.S. de maneira que a rpm do motor
permaneça na faixa de 250 rpm em relação à rotação desejada.

Durante a tomada de leitura, force a caçamba na posição fechar para submeter o motor à carga.

PROCEDIMENTO PARA FAZER A DESPRESSURIZAÇÃO DO SISTEMA HIDRÁULICO

1 Bujão de enchimento

Antes de desconectar qualquer linha hidráulica de uma escavadeira, despressurize os circuitos hidráulicos, procedendo da
seguinte maneira:
1. Estacione a máquina em um terreno plano.
2. Recolha a haste do cilindro do braço, posicione a caçamba paralela ao solo e abaixe a lança como mostra a gravura
acima.
3. Apague o motor.
4. Ligue a chave de partida sem funcionar o motor.
5. Posicione a alavanca de bloqueio do sistema hidráulico em posição desbloqueado.
6. Mova o joystick e pedal do sistema hidráulico que será serviçado nas posições de final de curso para despressurizar
o circuito. Isto também aliviará a pressão que poderá estar presente no sistema piloto.
Nota: se o circuito hidráulico que requer reparo for ativado por um ou por vários interruptores, ative-os de maneira
a despressurizar um circuito de cada vez.
7. Posicione a alavanca de bloqueio do sistema hidráulico em posição bloqueado. Se estiver despressurizando apenas
um circuito, passe para o parágrafo 15.
8. Funcione o motor.
9. Posicione a alavanca de bloqueio do sistema hidráulico na posição desbloqueado. Não mova qualquer joystick ou
pedal da sua POSIÇÃO NEUTRO durante esta etapa. Não ative qualquer interruptor.
10. Retorne a alavanca de bloqueio para a posição bloqueado.
11. Apague o motor.
12. Repita os passos 4 a 11 para cada circuito adicional que necessitar reparo.
13. Depois de aliviar a pressão hidráulica em cada circuito hidráulico, reposicione a alavanca de bloqueio na posição
bloqueado.
14. Desligue a chave de partida .
15. Solte o bujão de enchimento no tanque hidráulico e alivie a pressão por 45 segundos no mínimo.
16. Aperte novamente o bujão de enchimento.
17. Desta maneira, a pressurização de todos os cilindros estará descarregada e as linhas hidráulicas poderão ser
removidas.

Observação:
• Uma das molas do regulador da bomba atua na faixa de 17800 kPa (2600 psi) até 25700 kPa (3750
psi). Se girar ¼ de volta no ajuste do parafuso de potência nesta faixa de pressão, altera a vazão da
bomba em 22 L/min.
Girando o parafuso no sentido horário aumenta a vazão da bomba.
Girando o parafuso no sentido anti-horário diminui a vazão da bomba.
• A segunda mola do regulador atua na faixa de 25700 kPa (3750 psi) até 343009 kPa (4950 psi).
Se girar ¼ de volta no ajuste do parafuso de potência nesta faixa de pressão, altera a vazão da
bomba em 14 L/min.
• Parafuso de ajuste do fluxo máximo: ¼ de volta altera a vazão da bomba em 3,6 L/min.
Girando o parafuso no sentido horário diminui a vazão da bomba.
Girando o parafuso no sentido anti-horário aumenta a vazão da bomba.
