Using the Argentium logomarks

Using the registered trademark ‘®’ symbol

The Argentium Logo

The registered trademark ‘®’ symbol must always be situated next to the ‘ARGENTIUM’ logomark (as shown on the diagram, page 5).

Other uses

Argentium International would kindly ask for the registered trademark symbol to be used after the name ‘ARGENTIUM®’ and after the flying unicorn
mark ‘ ®’.

If the name ‘ARGENTIUM’ and/or the flying unicorn ‘ ’ mark appears many times in a document, it is not necessary to use the registered
trademark symbol next to each trademark however, it is important that the following statement is included in the document:

ARGENTIUM® and ®
are registered trademarks of Argentium International Limited.
