Introduction
PAHAL is a voluntary organization working in the field of
Livelihood Support, Rural & Slum area Sustainable
Development, Environment Protection, Micro-Enterprise,
Micro-Financing, Capacity building of the Marginalised
Community (esp. women), Awareness Programs , Co-operation
& Co-ordination.
PAHAL was established in the year 1988 by Mr. Islam Hussain &
associates. It operates in 4 districts of Uttrakhand. Head office
is in Kathgodam , Nainital district , Uttrakhand.

Initiated by PAHAL in the year 2007, Pebble Art comes under

MEDP (Micro Enterprise Development Programme). This
programme has been sponsored by NABARD Dehradun
Regional office and 50 beneficiaries of different SHGs (Self Help
Groups) have been provided with PEBBLE ART training.

PEBBLE ART

Pebble Art originates from virgin river bed pebbles that are
creatively shaped and refined. The art pieces boast of an aura
of purity and spirituality derived directly from the holy nature of
the river. The art pieces are perfect for a wide purpose ranging
from casual gifts to souvenirs to mementos and showcase a
close relationship to nature.

The Art Pieces are available in a wide variety of shapes,

designs,art forms and are fully customizable as per your needs.
The Art Pieces are available in bulk orders and cater to every
sort of budget.
